Patrick Sias - Copa Playa Realty

As a licensed REALTOR® affiliated with Keller Williams Madison West, Patrick Sias specializes in both listing and buyer agency services in the state of Wisconsin, primarily serving Dane County. He is an active member of several esteemed real estate organizations, including the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin, the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Patrick is the owner and operator of Copa Playa, a firm focusing on the acquisition and management of investment properties.

Before venturing into real estate, Patrick amassed nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, beginning in Green Lake, Wisconsin. His initial exposure to hospitality as a Pool Attendant laid the foundation for a successful career, ultimately leading him to managerial roles. As the General Manager of AmericInn by Wyndham Madison West for a decade, Patrick consistently increased annual revenue by one million dollars each year and garnered a brand-wide award for marketing and revenue. His leadership capabilities were further demonstrated by successfully navigating the hotel through various challenges, including a recession and a pandemic. Currently, Patrick serves as the Regional Director of Operations, overseeing the management of two hotel properties in Madison, Wisconsin, and South Dakota.

Will has considerable experience in financial services, having worked in lending since 2007. He has been serving borrowers as a mortgage loan officer since 2012, and joined the UW Credit Union mortgage team in 2018. Will always strives to make members feel comfortable and well-informed, so they’ll ultimately have a great homebuying experience.

I grew up in the outskirts of Middleton and Waunakee in a rural subdivision. I have lived in Wisconsin my entire life. I decided to go into the real estate field because of my overall background in sales. I really enjoyed everything about real estate and became fascinated with the business and enjoyed working with people with those two things in mind. I came to the understanding that with hard work I could create a great real estate business right here in Wisconsin. I've held my Real Estate salesperson license since 1997 and received my brokers license in 2015.

After earning a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Marquette University, Jim spent his early career as a Professional Counselor and Clinical Social Worker. This was fulfilling work and he gradually progressed into positions of greater responsibility as a Clinical Coordinator and Administrative Director in community mental health clinics. It was during this time spent as an executive that Jim developed an interest in the business side of things.

In 2001, this passion led him to take his career in an entrepreneurial direction. He became a REALTOR® and joined the Stark Company, focusing his business primarily on residential sales. He chose the Stark Company based on its strong community orientation and reputation for unparalleled customer service. After spending 8 years as a Sales Associate at the Stark West Office, Jim took the helm as Branch Manager in December of 2008. Recently Jim joined the Keller Williams Madison West firm to act as Productivity Coach and to perform contracts review amongst other leadership duties.
