Patrick Sias, Owner/Realtor

I began my career in the hospitality industry as a young adult in the scenic resort town of Green Lake, Wisconsin, just a stone’s throw away from the Heidel House Resort & Conference Center. Although I started at the lowest rung, my love for the industry was immediate, leading me to work at both the Heidel House Resort & Conference Center and the Green Lake Conference Center over the years.

When I moved to attend UW-Madison, I was captivated by the city’s vibrant atmosphere and chose to make it my home. Since 2008, I’ve been an integral part of the AmericInn by Wyndham Madison West team, serving as General Manager for a decade where I significantly boosted annual revenue and navigated the business through a recession, a flood, and a pandemic. Now, as the Regional Director of Operations, I manage two hotel properties, one in Madison and another in South Dakota.

Through a two-decade-long career in hospitality, working my way into upper-management has afforded me more time to focus on my passion of real estate. I founded Copa Playa® to focus on realty services as well as investment property acquisition and management.

The idea for our name was born out of my belief that everyone deserves to find their own private oasis of serenity and comfort, wherever that may be. Whether through hotel rooms, rental properties, or finding your family your forever home, I have always been committed to finding people a comfortable place to sleep.
